Section 1 - Customer Data
After you get the help information that you need,

A. Enter the full name of the person who will be the contact for this account.
B. Enter your company's full business name (if applicable)
C. Select the nature of the business that is requesting this service.
D,E & F. Enter your billing address.
G. Enter your phone number.
H. Enter another phone number for contacting you (Billing Phone Number).
I. Enter your fax number. (if applicable)
J. Enter your E-Mail address.
Section 2 - Account Data
After you get the help information that you need,
press the BACK button on your browser to return to the form.
A. Enter the account name.
- The account name is generally associated with the company name or
administrator's name. This will be the login name that you will us to access your account.

B. Enter the account password.
- The account password has to be eight (12) characters or less.
Numbers, letters and symbols should be mixed for a secure password.
Account passwords are case-sensitive.
Please make your password as secure as possible. Your account is only as safe as your password!
Avoid using short passwords such as bob. The best password to use would be something like
T.`a8V*z1$
While this may be more difficult for you to remember it is much more secure.
C. Enter the domain name to register.
- It can be up to 28 (excluding the domain type, i.e. ".com" or
".net") characters and including letters, numbers and the "-" (dash or hyphen) symbol.
D. Select whether the domain name is a modified domain or a new
registration.
- Modified domains are existing domains which are having their
administration/contact information changed.
New domains require an
activation fee of $70.00 for two years (this includes old domains which had previously expired).
Domain names are renewed at a cost of $35.00 per year after the second year.
InterNic will bill you directly for any and all registration fees.
E. Select one alternate choice
for a new registration. - This is in case your first choice is taken.
F. Select Yes or No if you need to be placed on a server with Microsoft Frontpage Extensions
G. Select Yes or No if you need encrypted or secure transactions.
- We use the Netscape Secure Commerce Server. If your customers are
transmitting credit card numbers or passwords, this will encrypt them.
Section 3 - Financial Data
After you get the help information that you need,
press the BACK button on your browser to return to the form.
- ALL ACCOUNTS REQUIRE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR THE SET UP AND THE FIRST MONTHS HOSTING FEES!
A. This is the cost of the set up fee.
B. This is the monthly fee on the account.
C. Total Due Monthly Account.
Section 4 - Payment Data
After you get the help information that you need,
press the BACK button on your browser to return to the form.
A. Select the type of payment you will be making.
- If you are paying by company, personal check or money order, your
account will be set up when your payment is received.
- If you are paying by Credit Card, you will have to fill out
the Credit Card Authorization Form. There is a link to this form and it must
be signed and faxed back to us before your account will be set up.
- Enter the credit card information for verification.
- Select whether you would like to be billed on your credit card monthly.
- This is the AutoBill Program so you would select "Yes"
or
whether you would like to receive a monthly invoice.
- You would check "No" to receive a monthly invoice.
Section 5 - Additional Information
After you get the help information that you need,
press the BACK button on your browser to return to the form.
A. Use this area to list additional domain names that you would like
registered.
- Their is a $25.00 charge per month for additional domain names.
B. Please select whether you would like your email left on the server, or
forwarded to an offsite email address.
C. Please let us know what address you would like your mail forwarded to.
